The card is not a Thai bank and is registered? I read somewhere that a passport was applied to a bank branch (whose ATM) they wrote a statement there. Probably still need an ATM number. But it's not a fact that they will give it out... We must try...

You go to the bank, they block and make a new one in 15 minutes usually.
