Hello everybody! Tell me, is it really possible to rent a house on Koh Samui in December-January, if you look around the island yourself, for a month for 300-600 dollars? Arnbb shows prices from at least $800-900 and above.

It depends on what kind of housing, with a kitchen, a conder or without. We found ordinary bungalows for 300e.
