Looking for housing for the winter Basically all acceptable options with a contract for a year and a deposit for 2 months. So, if I eat earlier, then they will not return the deposit to me or do I have to pay directly for the year?

For this, the landlords take an increased deposit to take this money as compensation in case of refusal.
