Please tell me, from Phuket to Koh Samui, where to get tickets and maybe there is a flight schedule? Maybe someone went. Interested in whether there are evening bus + ferry departures.

you can take any tickets (pay with a card or we used to pay without a card in Lotus by QR)

At the Phuket bus station, look at the bus station on the map, there is still a super chip store nearby.
