Go to the sorting center and find out. There is a high probability that they will be sent back. Couriers are allegedly not enough, holidays and all that.

Good afternoon, there was a similar situation - the first time the parcel went back to Bangkok, the second time I went to their sorting center and picked it up on my own. there are on Chaweng and in Naton, parcels that are sorted in Naton on Maenam.
