From the lowest floor of the airport there is an express train to the BCC, you can transfer from it to the BTC city skytrain and find yourself in the city center (it will be easy to manage in an hour). The fastest way will be to get to the center by Aeroexpress, the start is on the lowest floor. But if there is no ardent desire to go to the BCC, I would ask at the counter if they can change tickets to earlier ones.
