In my opinion, it depends on the district. I have 18 out of 20 perfect on Fisherman, one did not reach, the money was returned, I re-ordered. In another one for 1500 baht, a piece of soap came instead of the ordered one. The seller was removed from the lasada by the time the parcel arrived, I scored. But for some, nothing comes or everything is in the department to catch.
