At Bangkok airport, all locals are wearing masks, foreigners are without, and many are wearing masks on the streets as well. Nobody wears masks on Koh Samui at all)))

No. Previously, banks were asked to put it on, but it seems to have stopped. The hospital is probably the only place where they can ask.
