Tell me, is renting a bike for 350 per day on Koh Samui a real price? My feeling is too much.

I took a Honda click for 3 days in the nearest 300 per day (it's nice that the mileage is 70 km), but before that I went around 4-5 places, there was nothing. Now I found a friend with a Honda click fresh for 19 days 4000, a month for 5000.... I don't know if it's expensive or not.
