who live in villas and apartments, do you think from your experience, is it possible to compare water and electricity consumption with how much we consume at home in the Russian Federation? Or does it not beat so much on consumption? I want to understand about how much a communal apartment can be.

It depends on how you burn. If condei 24/7, it will be more expensive and significantly. If not, then it's about the same as in the Russian Federation.

I would say that more water goes out here, since it's hot and you take a shower more often.(Or maybe not) Plus Condey - he's an electricity eater. If you don't use the condee, it will be like in Moscow without it (conditionally)
