It depends on how you burn. If condei 24/7, it will be more expensive and significantly. If not, then it's about the same as in the Russian Federation.

I would say that more water goes out here, since it's hot and you take a shower more often.(Or maybe not) Plus Condey - he's an electricity eater. If you don't use the condee, it will be like in Moscow without it (conditionally)
