Yellow and Purple, Krungsri and SCB, there are usually no problems with them. The withdrawal rate does not depend on the ATM, yellow, purple or any other. The ATM takes only a commission of 220 baht (the same and fixed everywhere). That is, conditionally, if you withdraw 30,000, the ATM will ask you for 30220 baht, and how much it is already in rubles depends on the exchange rate of your bank on the current date.
