Scratches are only putty and painting. It is cheaper to buy a part from disassembly and or a new one in color.

Scratches are not cleaned anywhere because it is plastic, and replacement parts, depending on the model and what exactly they touched, can cost about 1-3000 baht, but it all depends on whether something is broken inside, fasteners for example.
