Some reservations booking allows payment on the spot. It's written there in the description. We paid cash on arrival.

We arrived yesterday, did so First on booking, found a hotel, then scored it in the browser and already went to their website and booked there. During the week, I asked them if it was possible to pay on arrival and they answered with a Union Pay card that it was possible, and yesterday they paid with a card on arrival.
