Without commission, you can withdraw from a personal card through an operator. With a Mastercard in yellow, a visa like Bkk Bank (but not sure about the visa). However, with small amounts they can send to an ATM)

220 baht commission, any yellow ATM. The limit on the withdrawal of your bank.
