The dtac operator does not work in other countries? Just to receive an SMS? How to connect it? I apply for a visa to Sri Lanka and a window with SMS confirmation came out when paying, and this SIM card doesn't even show antennas in Malaysia.

Works for DTAC, but it needs to be connected in their office, it's better to just receive SMS, the Internet really doesn't work, but I think it's possible to somehow coordinate this (but is it necessary).
