If you don't go for a long time, then you don't have to worry and open in rubles. In dollars, as far as I know, from the same MTS bank - you need to make a premium tariff, and for this you need to either keep a large amount on the account permanently or pay 5k rubles per month for service. In rubles - none of this is necessary.
