How is it more economical to fly to Koh Samui? From Kazan or Moscow. Direct flight or to Bangkok and so on?

Aeroflot flies from Moscow to Phuket, there go to the neighboring, local terminal and Airbangkok to Koh Samui. This is not the cheapest, but the easiest way. There is an exchanger in the same local terminal, change all dollars at once. There the rate is 33.32 - in Koh Samui it is usually 31.2, in one exchanger I saw a maximum of 32.75, but this is rare, today I changed 32.45 in it.
