10-20 thousand baht per month for a decent 1 bedroom in highrise, for 20 in the center or close. Double monthly deposit for a year. It's very easy to find something cool and for a good price.

Depends on the term, area and conditions. You can definitely find a studio from 10k baht. In Sathorn, near the police station, I saw an ad about renting an apartment for 3500 baht, but maybe there are no windows and there are neighbors Smile)) In the area of Asoka and prompong, you can find from 20k baht for sure, although it will be an annual contract. It is difficult with a short term - the owner pays the commission here and it is always (as I understand) in the amount of a monthly payment, so it is not profitable for him to rent an apartment for a short period.
