He should get a fine if he keeps a resident without registration.

You insist that it is his duty to register you and the starf will be with him. I had such a case . Moreover, I was in immigration when I came for this certificate and she said that I was overdue, asked me to call the landlord, I gave her the phone and she explained it all to him and told him to return the money to me.

He was originally supposed to provide information about your stay. If so, then there is a chance to extend without this form. it's so rolling in Phuket.

He may be fined not too much for this, just bring this info. I was kept for almost a month, but as I reported about fine, they sent tm30 on the same day.
