I'm going to Bangkok for a visa, tell me in which area it's better to stay (cafes, entertainment, etc.) Also where can a normal bike be rented for a couple of days?

You don't really need a bike in Bangkok, if anything. Stay in the khaosan area if you like to hang out. If it's quieter, then focus on Lumpini, Siam Paragon and Asok station, it's normal to stop in this spot next to the BTS and metro. If money burns your pocket, then you can also look at the reverse, many hotels go directly to Chaopraya.

Don't take a bike, it's easier without it. Install the bolt and it's done, there's a cheaper taxi)
