Who knows a decent hotel for 7-10 days inexpensive? Preferably where you can arrange for payment not through booking) To live on arrival immediately.

Yes, you are just looking for a hotel with a post-payment on the booking, and slip a Russian visa on the card and it will take a ride if you don't need to write anything off from it. when you arrive, pay in cash upon check-in.

I entered on booking. com Russian viza, booked. Then I wrote to the hotel and agreed that I would pay cash on arrival.

Just write on the booking to the hotel itself and arrange for cash payment.

Sscha's Hotel Uno for example. Book for booking, write that you will pay on the spot. They accept and accept up for payment on the spot.
