Hi! Please tell me, is it really possible to open a card in a Bangkok bank if it is stamped in Thailand? If so, what else can they ask from the documents?

Unreal. I have collected everything I can: a resident certificate, a letter from the bank, a blue book, the right to property, a lease agreement. They don't care if you buy insurance for 7k or not.

Really. The question is what kind of insurance will they give you. Resident's certificate for the bank and passport. The certificate is made in the imigrashka, specify there that for the card in the bank.
