Cental world has a lot of cafes on 1,2, 7 floors, yes, in fact, on each floor there is somewhere quiet somewhere not very cental embassy - on the top floor there is a large library in combination with a footcourt, you can also sit quietly there both just in the library and in any institution or the cafe is my favorite place.
