It's not an apartment, it's a hotel... I lived here for a month and I'm really happy. They have a price 20000 baht a month Just unreal location, subway station is close, the train station right next to the hotel, downstairs a lot of street food, coffee shops, market nearby, the view is unreal, 10th floor beautiful pool ... I residence hotel Silom.

Serviced apartment sometimes does not ask for a deposit, as payment is monthly.
