Well such a question...what would you do if you rented an apartment and someone else moved in? You can't! You can't break the law! Renting by the day is punishable by 20,000 baht on each side.

Only with the permission and consent of the owner. If the tenant unilaterally terminates the contract early, the landlord will keep the deposit.

Usually it is forbidden by the contract to do this. In fact, it's a matter of luck.
