Has anyone contacted the embassy, writes on the website that there is no record, maybe you can somehow bypass the system and sign up in a different way?

Only call and ask for a window. I was lucky enough to get through without waiting in line, but I had to sit in front of the window at the embassy for the whole reception and stare miserably.

I tried to sign up for a biometric passport for a month, in early May I was able to sign up for the beginning of September, but the phone helped me to move to the beginning of August, and the mailing changes the date to May 18. It's very hard to get in without an appointment.
