Tetanus, diphtheria, typhoid and hepatitis A call any vaccination center and ask what they recommend for travel to SEA.

No. But I advise against tetanus and rabies. I'm doing it now, the street cat bit me hard. And there are monkeys on the islands and often people climb to take pictures, feed, etc.
