From 30-40+ rather according to such criteria. Although I wonder myself, maybe I'm overpaying and there are such prices)

For such a price, you are unlikely to find it, if it is somewhere on the outskirts. 10-20k - this is subject to annual rent and above and when paying immediately for the entire period.
