How fast and easy is it to open a Wise account and get their card if I am a Russian and traveled to another country?

No, not enough. We opened it by attaching the data of our Thai company. The confirmation was a certificate of registration of the company in Thailand and a bank account. Well, as for the card, we indicated the actual address of our location in Germany, and the card came to that address. Next, the card was sent to Thailand, here it was successfully activated and we use it and create virtual Visa cards. The whole process took about 2-3 months (getting a card).
