Step by step: 1. You are vaccinated. You don't need quarantine. 2. You are not vaccinated. 2.1 PCR test required 72 hours before departure. 2.2 no test, then only through quarantine hotel for 5 days. Everything has been simplified as you can see. PCR for entry and insurance is enough.
