I bought a Bangkok-Moscow ticket for tomorrow. Changed my mind about flying. The ticket is not refundable/ non-transferable. Does anybody know how to get my money back? Flying Etihad, bought through Tinkoff travel and there is airline insurance.

Why is Etihad suddenly intolerable? This is the third time I've rescheduled my Etihad ticket. Are you sure you called the airline?
