With an annual contract, you pay only monthly, no connection or router fees. Ask juristic which providers are available. Ask the provider with the address if the connection is optical or only DSL. The second is usually everywhere, slower, connect quickly (the next day), the first is not everywhere, connect longer, but the speed is higher and delays are less. Monthly fee is about the same, it depends on the speed. Look for specials. providers AIS, True, TOT usually.
