You won't find it for 10 in a good neighborhood... + very dependent on the level of the complex and the distance from the BTS...the same neighborhood can have completely different prices.

It depends on what size. A one-bedroom like 26-30k in the area of 6-10k, it's hard to find a one-bedroom larger in size.
