Hi, what is the best ATM to use to withdraw cash in Baht, where the rate is better and in general, maybe where there is no fee? We have a world+unionpay ruble card.

It doesn't matter where you withdraw, first there will be a ruble - dollar, then a dollar - baht. And then in 2-3 days there may be a revision of the exchange rate in your bank and even more may be written off than at the time of withdrawal.

On the Internet, type the name of the banks, and see where the rate is better, in that ATM and withdraw.
