2.5 months considered the application in the City. You need a passport with a long visa, residency certificate and proof of stable income. This is on a credit card. On a debit (in another bank) only a visa and a residency certificate.

What credit or city gold? it's a very complicated bank to open an account and they don't give credit to everyone either.
