Hi, if you're talking about extending the stamp/visa for 60 days, then a week ago I successfully did it in Muang Thong Tani Immigration (20 minutes north of downtown by cab). You go there, take a form, fill it out, take a picture there, xeri the same passport and migration card, submit the documents, pay 1900 baht, get the extension. a break of an hour from 12 to 13.
