I once had a pinched sciatic nerve (I could hardly walk). Barely made it to the hospital. The Thai surgeon/traumatologist prescribed painkillers and that was it - he said in 2 weeks I should be fine! The best massage they have in clinics, where you get after the salon. I liked bumrungrad hospital, all the massage therapists there are good)
