Can you tell me what to choose when filling out an application for a new passport to get a second passport as a spare, not a replacement?

The second can only be biometric, the five-year one is always replaced. The first passport can be any ( and 5 and 10 years), the second only 10. To choose: in addition to the current one. And for permanent residence abroad you write only if there is no residence registration in the RF.
