Hello, everybody! What area would you advise to live in? What to see non-trivial that is not in the tourist guides? How about the techno scene? Heard there are good parties.

I don't know about the normal clubs here, but what I've seen off the street is all cheap.

I was once at Khao san in the evening. There is no desire to go there anymore, a tourist place with annoying sellers.

If you want an area with lots of foreigners and action, sit on Khaosan Road - it's the cultural and historical center of Bangkok, there are raves, parties, and stuff like that. The subway is convenient, you get straight to the airport.
