Can you advise me, what is the area near Kasetsart University, is it worth considering with the child or is it better to look for a more decent place?(The choice is due to the fact that the older daughter will study there).

It's better for the eldest to live there for sure, since it's difficult to get there in traffic in the morning, and you'll live for a month or two, see if you like it or consider another area.

Nice, quiet place, but if you want some entertainment in the city, it's better to look for another area. Although there's plenty to do there too, plus housing prices are low)
