Why do you need an international one? Thai driver's license is fine in Europe and the U.S.

Thai international? it is necessary to have a 5-year Thai license, registration at the address (Tabayen baan or affidavit / certificate of resident or id pink) and 505 baht are given for 1 year and the visa is also looked at must be a non immigrant visa. Photos still need to be taken, but in my opinion they do it on the spot too.
