In the computer version, on the main page at the bottom left - call. From a cell phone, choose to view the desktop page and see the button. The call over the Internet is free. Got on the phone for half an hour, then chatted for 20 minutes without breaking up. Sometimes while waiting there is a complete loss of sound - no need to hang up, it's fine.
