Medicines need to be specified on the Russian post, in principle they are prohibited from being sent from Russia. Puree is not a liquid, but as the Russian post considers (again, you need to find out from them. And I'm sorry for the immodest question, why do you need to send mashed potatoes from Russia, it is here, of course, except for meat and eco-exotic for Thailand in principle (rabbits, turkeys, etc.) And so the choice of mashed potatoes is sufficient both local and imported.
