Is it possible to open or deposit a dollar or euro account in Bangkok? Maybe their banks or paypall wise revolut or something like that ?

Dollar is possible if there is a work permit.

You can have a dollar one, but the conditions are terrible there, plus you need to throw about 600k baht into the account, plus they will ask for a normal study or even non-b with a spanking vermite.
