[Bangkok] I want to rent an apartment for 1 year in Bangkok, the owner asks for a visa photo. What do you think if he sees that the visa is not for 1 year but for 3 months, he will refuse? Or he needs the fact of having any visa that I am legally in Tae at the moment. - Thailand

He won't refuse, but he may ask for a larger deposit or say that the deposit is non-refundable.
