If you pay with it, then there is an automatic conversion from rubles to baht. You can also withdraw cash baht from it in a cash machine, and it will also automatically calculate how many rubles you need to withdraw. Most likely the conversion will be delayed, i.e. at the moment of payment they will take some amount from you, and within 1-2 days the bank will recalculate what amount should be withdrawn and your account balance may change slightly.
