The storage and carrying of electronic cigarettes and their analogues (icos) on the territory of the Kingdom of Thailand is prohibited. The penalties for violating the ban are quite severe — a fine of 1,000,000 baht and (or) imprisonment for up to 10 years. All smoking gadgets, hookahs, tobacco and any products fall under the ban.
