Are you planning to do visa-holders for some specific purpose or just because you need to leave? if the latter, then it may be easier to apply for a 90-day visa? Or maybe they will give me more, well, they gave me 90 days on return tickets.

Yes, without any problems, sign a contract for a year, only if you move out earlier, then a deposit (from 1 to 2 months) they won't return it.
