I have a ticket to Bangkok, can you tell me how important it is to have a return ticket? Departing from Delhi. Have not yet decided where to go in 45 days. Is there any chance of being turned away? Wouldn't want to take any risks.

On the website where you can check the necessary documents it says that the return ticket may be asked. I flew in from Delhi I was not asked for a return ticket. - They asked what my name means.

The risk is small, but there is still: they may selectively demand to present a return ticket.

It's better to buy a ticket reservation and that's it.
